BICC PVO is required for IBY_PAYMENTS_ALL table. We have seen many cases where there's BIP reports created for table IBY_PAYMENTS_ALL and due to unavailability of equivalent BICC PVO, we are unable to move to recommended mode of data extracts from Fusion
