Request a new FDI feature enabling administrators to define and enforce region-specific data retention policies for sensitive HCM data, such as candidate and employee information, even after it is deleted from the source system. This feature should allow:

• Configurable retention rules by country, legislation, and data entity.
• Automatic tracking of deletion events and application of retention timelines.
• Support for actions like retaining, anonymizing, or purging data based on legal requirements.
• Multi-region and multi-tenant support to handle complex compliance scenarios.
• Audit trails and reporting for compliance verification.

This will help organizations make sure FDI complies with varying global data privacy laws by selectively controlling what data is retained in the warehouse and for how long.
