We've encountered a significant roadblock in our implementation of the FDI CPQ Module that we need to bring to your urgent attention.
Data Extractions are failing because the module is rejecting rows that contain CLOB data from our source system. Since our CPQ's core product attributes are stored as CLOBs, this is not a minor issue—it is a complete showstopper.
The functionality of the entire FDI CPQ module is dependent on successfully processing this data. In its current state, the application cannot be used for its intended purpose, which directly impacts the ROI on our licensed investment.
We need to understand how to proceed. Is there a patch, a configuration change, or a development roadmap item to support CLOB data types? Looking forward to a prompt response and a path forward.
