Alternate way to Provide Access to View Private Jobs for "Report Job History"

We have a requirement to provide viewing access for Private jobs under "Report Job History" in OTBI. But currently, in order to view Private jobs, the user must be assigned the "BI Administrator Role".

But in our organization, the "BI Administrator Role" is provided to only selective user, but there are some other users who need to view the Private jobs but can't be granted the "BI Administrator Role".

So, our Idea request would be to add an alternate way to provide the access to View Private Jobs under "Report Job History" other than just having the BI Administrator Role.
