Currently only Published Flag is included in the table. We need to be able to filter out status codes like "Excluded From Publish". Work around at this time is to create an augmentation from FscmTopModelAM.ScmExtractAM.CstBiccExtractAM.CstStdCostDetailsExtractPVO to pull this status code: CstStdCostsPEOStatusCode
