Trying to test latest release updates on Oracle HCM .
HCM - Talent Acquisition subject area has these enhancements:
- New Metrics - New metrics related to openings filled, openings to be filled, requisitions with and without active offers on it, and days since a requisition is open is added to the Facts - Job Requisition folder.
How to determine OTBI columns that are related to these measures. Here is what the Data metric calculation shows. Does not give exact columns though? How do I verify if these new columns are giving the correct results?
