FDI Pipeline Freeze – Need to Keep Talent Acquisition Subject Area Live

Hi,

We have a daily FDI pipeline refresh, but during quarterly headcount reporting we freeze the pipeline for 2–3 weeks to maintain a consistent snapshot for multiple headcount reports built directly on subject areas (some with 100+ canvases).

The challenge is that our newly live recruitment dashboards also depend on this pipeline, and the freeze stops their daily refresh.

Is there any way to keep the Talent Acquisition subject area live while freezing others, or any workaround to achieve this? Rebuilding all reports using dataflows isn’t feasible at this stage.

Hi @Jestin Rajan you can override pipeline schedules for selected functional areas. It´s a new feature still in Preview mode. Please check the documentation at

@Jestin Rajan - There is currently no option to run only one functional area as part of an incremental refresh while the others are in the activation state.

However, if the required workbooks depend on augmentations, the data can be refreshed on an ad-hoc basis.
