Intelligent/Smart Alert System for FDI:- Smart alert features provide intelligent, context-aware notifications to users and systems, alerting them to specific events or conditions that require attention. These features utilize real-time data analysis, customization, and often automation to deliver timely and relevant warnings, improving engagement, security, and operational efficiency. Smart alerts to monitor servers, networks, and applications, detecting performance issues or security breaches and generating automated alerts for administrators.

Smart Alert System for HCM via FDI

1. Attendance & Absenteeism Alerts

• Use Case: Detect patterns of absenteeism or late check-ins.

• FDI Role: Pull data from time & labor modules.

Alert Example: “John Doe has been late 5 times this month – potential burnout?”

2. Attrition Risk Alerts

• Use Case: Predict employees at risk of leaving.
• FDI Role: Analyse performance, engagement surveys, tenure, and compensation trends.
• Alert Example: “High attrition risk detected for 3 employees in Sales – review engagement.”

3. Performance Management Alerts

• Use Case: Flag underperformers or top performers.
• FDI Role: Pull appraisal scores, goal completion rates.
• Alert Example: “Priya scored below target for 2 consecutive quarters – initiate coaching.”

4. Payroll & Compensation Alerts

• Use Case: Detect anomalies in payroll processing or compensation changes.
