OTBI AI Assistant: Conversational Analytics for Oracle Fusion Applications

Hoping Oracle can introduce an AI-powered conversational agent (chatbot) integrated into Oracle Fusion Cloud’s OTBI framework that allows users to create, refine, and interact with dashboards and reports using natural language, powered by the existing OTBI Subject Areas.

It will solve following:

OTBI, while powerful, often requires users to understand the structure of Subject Areas, data models, and BI logic.

Business users struggle with building reports without training, leading to over-dependence on BI developers.

Searching for existing reports, customizing dashboards, or even knowing which subject area to use remains a challenge.

Hi RVohra,

I believe this is an exceptional idea and should be one of the first areas where Oracle implements an AI agent for administrators.

Currently being part of the government we are limited to using Co-Pilot, which has been helpful (at time) for column formulas and SQL code. However, it sometimes struggles to understand the specific type of code used in OTBI subject areas, even after setting up personalisation to Oracle Fusion.

An AI agent focused on OTBI would greatly simplify the process of building reports and dashboards.
