To fetch the data of the latest ratings based on the latest talent review meeting, 'Last Meeting Date' field should be included in the 'HCM - Talent Review Meetings' subject area. This field should be derived using maximum of meeting date by person number. Alternatively, A column indicating the 'Latest Rating Flag' can be included.
