Support for Delegated Authority Logic in OTBI Line Manager Dashboards

Business Need / Use Case

We are looking to enhance the Line Manager Dashboards in OTBI to support delegated authority scenarios, where a user (e.g., Chief of Staff) can view reports as if they were another manager.

Example Scenario:

• John White is the line manager.
• Chief of Staff Matt Black needs to view the same dashboards and reports as if he were John White.
• Current dashboards restrict access using filter - Manager = NQ_SESSION.USER
  
  Is there a way to deliver this requirement in OTBI without duplicating existing LM dashboards and reports.
