How to enable procurement dashboards

The Oracle demo instance currently includes a comprehensive 

Procurement Dashboard

 that provides valuable insights across procurement operations — such as requisitions, purchase orders, agreements, and supplier performance.

This dashboard is a powerful and ready-to-use analytical tool, helping businesses monitor KPIs, streamline decision-making, and improve reporting efficiency.

How could we enable that on the customers' instances and are there any supported documents or steps to enable these standard dashboards.
