We have an OTBI report built using the subject area: Workforce Management - Areas of Responsibility with the following fields:
Person Number
Display Name
Responsibility Type
Responsibility Name
Work Contracts
From Date
This is not returning all of the expected data, as we should be seeing employees from the following Responsibility Type: Recruiter
If we remove the fields Person Number and Display Name, the full set of expected results now return, but we need the employee information as well to be able to identify those assigned with each one.
After raising an SR, we were advised by Oracle that
'We are not computing the representatives if the AOR is using RECRUITING_TYPE_CODE i.e ., OTBI AOR- we are not populating the per_asg_representatives table for recruiting related scope.

This is for recruiting specific functionality , so we don't show the person as representative'.
So the only way we can get this information is by exporting from the UI per responsibility type which is cumbersome. An improvement for reporting in this area would be gratefully received or any innovative reporting solutions from other users :-).
