OAP Desktop Tool Should Be Certified with Office 2024

Currently no BIP/OAP Desktop tool is certified to be used with Office 2024 which is released after Office 365

Customer needs this certification and the tool usable with the newer version as the Office 364 will be out of support next year as per MS official website (and for installation on Windows 10 Office 365 is already out of correction support)
