Backend tables to get if an approver added manually and then gets removed from the approval workflow

We have a requirement to create a report that will allow to see if an approver that is added manually gets removed from the approval workflow. We cannot see that approver in transaction console. We need to know if it is possible to pull this data. If yes, please advise on backend tables/report/mechanism to see this info.

'Added Manually' means someone has added a new approver into approval workflow and then removed that person from the list so we cannot see that approver in transaction console. So we need to track these changes happened to approval workflow from backend but not able to find any table. Hope it clarifies my question.

This question would require some clarifications on what you mean by 'added manually' and why you could not see in the 'transaction console'. Before looking into this issue in FDI, you may want to troublehshoot it in OTBI first. The community for OTBI is here:
