HCM - HR Help Desk Requests Overview Subject Area in the Oracle Analytics Workbook not fetching data

Hi,

We are trying to build a report based on the "HCM - HR Help Desk Requests Overview" subject area. However when we try and select columns to the workbook, it is not fetching any data and it shows "No Data Found".

The HR HelpDesk functional area has been activated and the pipelines are completed successfully. Still there is no data its showing. The Oracle fusion - helpdesk has the data.

So, wanted to check from the experts here , is there any configuration to be done or any other prerequisites which needs to be done in order to see the data?

    Have you tried pulling in a fact to see if that helps populate the data? We've found in FDI that some of the subject areas are sensitive to needing a fact in a table in order for the data to appear.

    Hi @Alex van Gulijk Thanks for the updates. Yes have tried pulling in fact too along with the attributes, but none of them are fetching any data.. Tried all facts and dimensions from this subject area but nothing is working out.

    Are you on HR Help Desk Responsive UI or Redwood? I was reading a Customer Connect post yesterday where Oracle stated you had to be on Next Gen Help Desk for FDI to work.
