We are trying to build a report based on the "HCM - HR Help Desk Requests Overview" subject area. However when we try and select columns to the workbook, it is not fetching any data and it shows "No Data Found".
The HR HelpDesk functional area has been activated and the pipelines are completed successfully. Still there is no data its showing. The Oracle fusion - helpdesk has the data.
So, wanted to check from the experts here , is there any configuration to be done or any other prerequisites which needs to be done in order to see the data?
