Report Job History and Report Job link at BI Catalog Home Page should be available to BI Consumer

Hi,
By referring to the BI Catalog Home page of BI Author and BI Consumer. There is no Report Job History and Report Job link in Home page of BI catalog to BI Consumer.
But BI Consumer is able to access the Report Job History and Report Job by going to any of the BIP report, click More > History or More > Jobs. Since BI Consumer already can access these 2 pages, I think the shortcut at Home page should be available to BI consumer as well, but now it shows only to BI Author or BI Administrator. This is not convenient to normal users, not user-friendly.
