FDI: Increase the number of IP Addresses allowed to be added to ACL directly in FDIs ADW

To make the product more self-service, please update the ACL in FDIs ADW to allow more than 19 IP Addresses to be added.

When new secure browsers are being implemented, if these IPs do not exist in the allow list then many users will lose access to this environment.
