OTBI report to display three years of historical headcount data within a single report,

We are currently working on an OTBI report requirement to display three years of historical headcount data within a single report, aggregated by Business Unit (BU).

The main challenge we are facing is related to the Subject Area's default effective date handling. While we can override the effective date using Advanced properties for one instance of the headcount data, we are unable to set the specific historical dates required for all three headcount columns simultaneously within the same report.

Has anyone dealt with this specific challenge (multiple effective dates for one measure in a single OTBI report)? Any suggestions or experience would be very helpful.
