In Prod only after 25D GL Journals Real Time Analysis fails to work when a key FF values is selected

Question

In Prod after 25D was applied recently.

Create a new Analysis for GL Journals Real Time analysis.  Simple columns - Journal Name, Period, Line Number, DR and CR

This works fine.  But add Balancing Segment Value to the output and no data is returned.

On TEST which also has 25D applied this is not the case and the Bal Seg value is reported along with the other line level data.

We have run processes

A. Create Rules XML File for BI Extender Automation

B. Import Oracle Fusion Data Extensions for Transactional Business

Issue remains.

We also have a custom segment label so we can use OTBI to report on that.  This still works on TEST but errors on Prod with message - Nonexistent column

Logged SR but no response yet and as this is in Prod and its month end its getting urgent.

Any suggestions?

You did the right thing by logging the SR considering it is PROD and month-end and I am hoping you have already escalated the SR to P1.

In the meantime, please see if following helps: Run these jobs in the following order:

A. Create Rules XML File for BI Extender Automation

B. Import Oracle Fusion Data Extensions for Transactional Business

C. Import Segment Values and Hierarchies

D. Run "Maintain Ledger Dimension Job"

E. Run "Maintain BI View Objects Metadata"

F. Run “Refresh Business Intelligence Cache”
