Pipelines for Oracle EPM - Planning and budgetting not refreshing

We are trying to configure a daily data refresh in the Pipeline Settings for FDI to Oracle Analytics Cloud with the preview feature "Oracle EPM Planning and Budgetting".

The data connection is working fine, metadata gets refreshed when requested and testing the connection also works successfully.

However, the refresh of the pipeline does not run as expected - It doesn't resfresh at all. We have attempted the following steps without success:
- Enabled the pipeline
- Disabled and re-enabled the pipeline
- Changed the scheduled refresh time
-Despite these actions, the daily refresh still does not work.

it refreshed on november 19th, but then it hasn't refreshed since - we know for a fact, that there is new data in the EPM Data export everyday, but it is not being fetched.

After creating the connection, have you created your data augmentations? You need to select which columns you want to bring in and create a schedule.

Hi @Silvio Garber-Oracle Yes, we have created augmentations and it seems like the augmentation is fetching data every day… But still, Last Refresh Date is not changing, which is a bit confusing…

From other sources, the Last Refresh Date changes every day as expected, but not for the EPM.

So it is probably a small problem, but yet confusing, when it is not behaving as expected 😊

It seems like a UI issue, a SR with Oracle support will definitely help to confirm it.
