Status field for Employment Contracts (Oracle HCM)

Question

Hello experts,

we are creating an OTBI report with the Employment Contracts Real Time subject area and we have seen that it is available the fields Status and Status code, but what do they refer to exactly in the application? Because, if we look at the Employment Contracts page there is no Status field available, even from Visual Builder there is no similar field that can be made visible in the app. Only value available for the Status field is "STANDARD". Any suggestions?

As per my knowledge, these fields don’t actually show the business status of the contract, they’re not telling whether it’s Active, Draft, or Terminated. Instead, they’re just internal Fusion HCM system values that describe the type of contract record. Basically, they’re technical metadata fields, not indicators of where the contract is in its lifecycle.
