Barcode not working

Question

Hi all,

I am currently working on a BIP template for a client where a barcode is needed, the oracle seeded template has the barcode works perfectly fine but the client wants their own version with their logo. When i download the oracle seeded template, the barcode appears as symbols and the font is code 128, when i change it a barcode font and try to preview the template via pdf, boxes appear rather than the barcode.

What i tried is use the seeded report and reupload the same template and named it different to not get confused with the original template and run the report in the system. When i run it the barcode does not work and the boxes appear rather than the barcode even though i didn't change anything.

Any advice to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Quick Question: Have you done the Font Mapping? Ideally, Font mapping is needed here if you are using a font in your RTF template that Oracle does not have installed.
