Data not getting inserting after data refresh in DFF and Augmented tables

Hi ,

We have been facing this issue recently where Data is not getting inserting after data refresh in DFF and Augmented tables in SCM/ERP.

All the DFFs are BI enabled in fusion. Quick response would be grateful.

Hi Dharmendra, if this is a new setup you may want to ensure you have configured your DFFs in FDI according to this article About Extending Data with Custom Data Configurations .

If this this was working before, you may want to create an SR with Oracle Support.

Hi Silvio,

Thanks for the quick reply, but this was working fine earlier. But after data refresh we reset the warehouse , and now this issue is occurring though few of the DFFs are working fine.

When a feature doesn´t work as expected the best route is to work with Oracle Support for troubleshooting.

In the meantime, you can quickly check following

Ensure the DFF context is correct for the refreshed data.

Navigate to:

Functional Setup Manager → Manage Descriptive Flexfields → [DFF Name]

Ensure the DFF context is correct for the refreshed data.

Confirm the BI-enabled flag is still selected.
