How to view KYT Ratings as separate columns in from "HCM - Talent Profile Trends" Subject area

in Oracle Fusion HCM Analytics

We have a requirement to view KYT Ratings in a single view as separate columns for each Section Name.
What would be the solution approach to visualize KYT Rating section names as separate columns in from "HCM - Talent Profile Trends" Subject area ?

Section Names & Ratings are coming from a same Table column mentioned below respectively.
oax$oac.dw_prfl_type_section_d_tl
oax$oac.dw_rating_level_d_tl

Issue: As per OOTB Oracle model the Ratings Sections Names and Rating levels appear as multiple rows for each Section and Rating levels.

Instead user wants the columns to be added based on each Section Name.
