Is it possible to customize a seeded ESSJOB?

Hi. Does anyone have any idea if it is possible to customize the Create Customer Statement ESSJOB to include three more parameters?

Client wanted to include a parameter for Customer Class, Collector, and Generate Balance in Zero which would allow them to run the essjob for customers that has zero balance for statements. Is this possible since the subprocess includes PLSQL and JAVA? They also wanted to customize the bursting logic to burst at the Customer Account Level instead of the seeded process which is at the Customer Site level.
