DAC Repository connection lost. Shutting down the server.
There could be many reasons for this error, please check following:
Ensure the database instance hosting the DAC repository is actually UP and OPEN.
Log in to the DAC server host and run tnsping <TNS_ALIAS> or telnet <DB_HOST> <PORT> to ensure the network path is open.
Check if the DAC repository database user (e.g., DAC_REPO) has been locked or if the password has expired.
