Required to display a separation line after each message, which is sent from Negotiation Message

Hi,
When we use the Message option available on Negotiation page and start a chat with Supplier then the chat history start appearing under each Message subject.
When we chat and sent number of messages, there is no separation between message and reply of that message or message after message just like we sent emails they appears with proper format.
the ask is to display each message separately from the previous message by drawing a line or anything that separate each message from other on email notification with triggered after each message sent or replied.
How to display a line after each message. can anybody help to achieve this. Thanks
