Delegate Access in FDI for Manager Reporting

Managers need the ability to assign delegates in Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) so that delegated users can access and use reports on their behalf, specifically for PD (Professional Development) reporting and review purposes.

Business Need:
Many managers rely on administrative or operational delegates to support reporting, monitoring, and analysis activities. Currently, the lack of delegate access in FDI creates inefficiencies and limits timely access to PD-related reports.

Proposed Capability:

Allow managers to designate delegates within FDI

Delegates should be able to view and run the same reports the manager has access to

Benefits:

Improves operational efficiency

Reduces manual workarounds (report exports, screenshots, shared credentials)

Ensures continuity when managers are unavailable
