Enhancement Request: Restrict BI Publisher Access for Author Role in OAC FDI

Currently, the Author role in OAC FDI is granted default access to create and manage BI Publisher reports, with no existing configuration available to disable this specific capability. We request that Oracle updates the FDI product code or security framework to allow for the restriction of BI Publisher access for users assigned with Author role.

This enhancement is necessary to ensure unauthorized creation of BIP reports by users with author role. Implementing this change will provide administrators with better control over reporting tools and ensure that complex report generation is limited to the appropriate user groups.
