FDI- Enable Drill‑Down to Supplier & Invoice-Level Details for GL Balance sheet subject area

I would like to request an enhancement in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) for the GL Balance Sheet subject area. At present, the dataset only provides summarized GL balances, and users cannot drill down to detailed subledger information.

For reconciliation and analysis purposes, it is essential to drill from GL balances all the way down to supplier, invoice, and subledger transaction levels. This is a critical requirement for conducting accurate and efficient expense reconciliations within FDI. As, balances as per AP related subject areas are not matching with Trial balance

Hi Preethi,

Have you explored the Configurable Account Analysis feature? Creating a Workbook with GL Balances and using Configurable Account Analysis to drill down to the details and view Journals along with Subledger details will help with the reconciliation use case. You will be able to identify Journals that are not posed, also transactions that are accounted but not transferred to GL as well as transferred but not posted etc.
