Conditional Region within repeating group?

So, I'm trying to create a conditional region inside of a repeating group. There are xsl attributes as part of the if code. However, I get an error saying "element xsl is not supported yet". Is it possible to have a conditional region within a repeating group in BI Publisher for Desktop for Word?

I'm trying to have it where borders can be removed if the element is null. Or if not null, add a border.

You can use this syntax:

<?for-each:G_1 [ELEMENT1 != 'whatever']?>

This will display rows under G_1 where ELEMENT1 is not equal to 'whatever'.
