The Oracle Analytics and AI Community has been a great platform for learning, sharing knowledge, and staying up-to-date with new features and best practices.

I find the discussions, updates, and expert insights are extremely valuable. I really appreciate the contributions from the Oracle experts and the community members.

While a lot of work has been done to the website, I do feel certain areas need more work and to make certain things a bit more obvious to the new user of the tools/platforms as well as for the experienced user.

Some analytics on the number of page views should help you identify part of the site that are getting the most hits, but also help you identify parts with few if any hits.

With addition on the newer AI/GenAI topic areas, extra care is needed with this integration and making information easy to find.

The integration of some filtering/searching for Forum posts, before they are posted will improve the user experience. This will help the user asking a question to find a potential answer quicker, because it has been asked before.

I've mentioned previously some point where there can be improvements. Given the upcoming challenges with the integration of other products, it's important to have a consistent and templated pages for the landing page and then for each of the product pages.

On the current landing page some cleanup and consolidation is needed. While some sections that are already needed are there, perhaps a more tiled approach would be better. Also, need to consider the new users and how easy it is for them to find information that is important to them. Rather than sending them to the top menu (which can be difficult) make it easy to find on the home page. Some of the pages on OCI can be good examples of this e.g. OCI AI Services etc

I have rated 8 as even though I liked this community portal, i still feel there is some work that needs to be done. Especially for new community joiners some tips and tricks along with guidance could be provided. I still feel i have to struggle a lot at times as a new joiner here.
