Request for the ability to add a new data privilege that allows the ability to report on all Recruiting Campaigns in OTBI (Recruiting - Sourcing Real Time subject area). Confirmed through Oracle documentation and product engineer that this is currently restricted to only the owner of the campaign - not even users listed as co-owners.
Because of this, recruiting managers and other users who are able to view all campaigns within ORC are unable to view any data in OTBI on a campaign unless they are the owner. There should be the ability to run OTBI reports and view data on any campaign that a user has access to view within ORC.
