Retain "Save Content with HTML Markup"

We've recently upgraded our environments to 25D. Post upgrade, we found the option to include text that contains HTML was denied in the OTBI Privileges.

I have re-enabled the priviledge to BI Administrators but want to know if this is intentionally disappearing on us.

I've already submitted a Customer Connect post about this and was advised to open a technical SR. https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect/discussion/comment/1556964/#Comment_1556964

The technical SR was opened and I was advised to submit an idea. (4-0001951371)

I couldn't find record of this change in the 25D release notes and both Customer Connect and SRs haven't been able to reference this change.

We've used this feature extensively following dashboard past design suggestions from the Oracle A-Team. (example here) We don't want this feature depreciated and expect it should not be disabled again in a future releases.
