I registered on 2/2 and again this Tuesday, 2/17. I received a registration confirmation email but no ollow-up thereafter. When I try to access oac via a URL I found here (https://dvc-idnoqelco3ac-ia.analytics.ocp.oraclecloud.com/ui/dv/), I get this message:

Insufficient Permissions

You do not have sufficient permissions to use this application.

I have tried on edge and chrome ,I have cleared cache. I have waited >1 biz day.

Can you plesae assist a/o confirm the URL.
