How to Connect Eloqua to FDI
I am trying to connect Eloqua to Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) from the FDI Console via Data Configuration > Manage Connections, but I am encountering the following error:
“401 Invalid Source configuration – Credentials or Source configuration details are wrong. Please rectify.”
I have tried changing the endpoint URL in the connection settings (including multiple recommended endpoints), but the same error still persists.
I have also confirmed that the credentials (such as username, password, and other required authentication fields) are correct.
Can anyone advise on how to resolve this error and successfully connect Eloqua to FDI?
Any insights or experience on the proper configuration or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your support.

@Akimi Furumizu-Oracle - If the host is reachable from the network perspective, the Login URL should point to the
/odataendpoint. Enter the URL for your Eloqua server in the following format:https://<your-eloqua-server>/api/odataThe Eloqua user entered in the username field (in the format
companyname\username) must have an Analyzer license assigned in Eloqua. We have already assigned the Analyzer license to this user in Eloqua, as mentioned in the documentation2

Thank you very much for your comment and helpful advice.
As you suggested, I specified the URL endpoint and tried reconnecting. I was then able to successfully establish the connection.
Your assistance was extremely helpful. I truly appreciate your support.
Best regards,
Akimi
