I am using Compensation - Workforce Assignment Salary History Real Time subject area and trying to build a report to populate all termed employees and their last salary information. I can get the terminated employees to pull, but as soon as I start adding columns related to salary (salary facts), it is not consistently showing the last known salary for all termed emps. For some users it shows and for some it is blank. There are no differences in how these terms were processed.

Hi ,

Try the below:

1.Use this subject area only:
Compensation - Workforce Assignment Salary History Real Time
Do NOT mix with Workforce Assignment Real Time.

2.Add these columns:

Person Number
Assignment Status = Inactive
Action = Termination
Salary Amount
Salary Start Date

3. Create a filter:

Salary Start Date is less than or equal to Current Date

4.Use Aggregate to pick last salary

Create column:
MAX("Salary Start Date") BY Person Number
Then filter:
Salary Start Date = MAX(Salary Start Date) BY Person Number
