Enhancement Request

Please expose three attributes in the Financial – AP Expense subject area from table DW_AP_SLA_EXPENSE_DIST_CF:

INVENTORY_ITEM_ID
GLOBAL_CURRENCY_EXCH_RATE
SHIP_TO_LOCATION_ID

These attributes exist in the database table but are not currently available in the semantic model (SME). Please add them to the Financial – AP Expense subject area so they can be selected and used for reporting.

Hello Team,

Please provide the estimated timeline for completing this enhancement. We need to understand when the two attributes - INVENTORY_ITEM_ID and GLOBAL_CURRENCY_EXCH_RATE from table DW_AP_SLA_EXPENSE_DIST_CF, Will be exposed in the Financial – AP Expense subject area and available for reporting.

Can we have these added too in Fin - AP Expense Subject Areas?

These are present in ADW but not available in SME.

Columns:

INVENTORY_ITEM_ID,

ITEM_DESCRIPTION,

INVOICE_LINE_UNIT_PRICE,

INVOICE_LINE_QUANTITY,

TRANSACTION_LINE_UOM_CODE

……………………..

Currently, the Item Name attribute is not available in the corresponding fact table within ADW.

However, the reference for this attribute exists in OTBI and PVO as detailed below:

OTBI Subject Area: Payables Invoices – Transactions Real Time
- Column: "- Item"."Item Name"
PVO Details:
- PVO: FscmTopModelAM.EgpItemsPublicModelAM.ItemRef
- Field: ItemBasePEOItemNumber
Back End Details: EGP_SYSTEM_ITEMS_B_V.item_number

Request: On behalf of our client - we request the addition of a corresponding Item Name column in the same fact table within ADW.

Additionally, this attribute should be exposed in the Semantic Model Extension (SME) layer, similar to other available columns, so that it can be leveraged for reporting and analysis.
