Check before changing values in a lookup table used in HCM

Good afternoon.

In Oracle HCM we are planning to modify some values in the lookup table, ORA_HRT_CERT_STATUS. We know it holds status for Certifications/Licenses, with values like Active, Expired, etc. Before we start changing any values in this table we'd like to know if this table is leveraged anywhere else in HCM, other than for Licenses and Certifications. For example, is it being used in the Education section or another area in HCM?

Is there a way we can identify this?

Hi,

Your question being about HCM data and not Publisher as a technical product, you should ask in the forum covering HCM and other Fusion applications: https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect

It is a parallel, but independent, forum that covers all Fusion applications and other cloud products. It has many categories, and for most Fusion products it has a reporting or data analysis category. That would be the place for your question.

More than a rule, it is to get you the best support: here there are people who did use Publisher on HCM tables, but it is only a fraction of the users. On the other forums everybody should have a knowledge about those tables. Should be faster to find your answer.
