Learn how to use Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) Analytics to analyze sales order trends and identify the root causes behind common order fulfillment challenges, especially issues impacting on-time shipment.
This session focuses on the Order Management domain, where data flows from the Fusion Order Management module into SCM Analytics. You’ll be introduced to the prebuilt content available to sales order managers and administrators, including three subject areas (Sales Orders, Sales Orders Holds, and Transfer Orders), a catalog of 87 metrics, and three dedicated dashboards. Using the Sales Orders subject area specifically, the webinar shows how to evaluate demand fluctuations, detect order promise issues, support better planning for future inventory, and achieve higher on-time shipment.
Attendees will also get a practical, beginning-user-friendly walkthrough of how to navigate to prebuilt dashboards and then build their own workbooks to answer real business questions. During the session, we’ll build a report from scratch and create multiple visualizations to investigate sales order trends, uncover fulfillment and delivery bottlenecks, understand supply source effectiveness, and identify where actions can improve on-time shipment, and overall customer satisfaction.
