Oracle Analytics Usage Tracking
1. Which dataset did you use?
I used the OAC Usage Tracking Dataset, which is sourced from the Two Tables generated by the Usage Tracking Feature that we can enable in Oracle Analytics (Query Logging) and (Physical Query Logging) tables.
2. How did you analyze or prepare the data?
I have started to run workbooks and check the output that allowed me to do some calculation in order to extract some useful information from the data
3. Who is the intended audience for your visualization?
This is intended to Oracle Analytics users that struggle with their workbooks that takes very long time to load but also helps DBAs to investigate on queries that are being ran on the database to analyse performance and troubleshoot
4. What is your visualization about, and what question or problem does it address?
It is about Oracle Analytics Usage Tracking. So it solves 2 problems:
- Very long time wait on workbooks to load, but also Oracle Analytics performance issue to track which workbook is taking the longest time to load
- Debug Database performance especially when it comes from huge amount of Selects coming from Oracle Analytics
5. Did you use any Oracle Analytics AI features when building your visualization (ex. AI Assistant)? If so, please describe how they were used
I did not use any AI Assistant, but basically the AI assistant can be used to create these dashboards
