Hello Experts, We are experiencing an issue in Oracle Fusion HCM where the Oracle Community logo (or other embedded images) is not displaying in CmpWorkbenchFYIReport workflow email notifications. The email notification is triggered correctly, but the logo/image does not render at all in the recipient’s mailbox. Even after logo or image if we add any text that is coming correctly. Image or logo pixel size is also less then 200 as per oracle document. also, we tried with .svg file format logo. Could you please advise on: * What could cause images or logos not to display in workflow email notifications? * Are there specific configuration steps required in BI Publisher or Notification Templates to ensure images render correctly? * Does this require images to be hosted in a publicly accessible URL? * Are there any security, SSL, or email client restrictions that we should verify? Thank you for your response and for sharing the reference link.

I had already tried the suggested solution (including saving the image as SVG), but it was not working in my case.

However, I performed an additional configuration step, and now the logo/image is displaying correctly in the email notification.

I’ve attached the documents I prepared for my team outlining the complete steps with one more Oracle doc. Sharing it here as well in case it may help others facing a similar issue.
