1. Which dataset did you use?
Life Sciences
2. How did you analyze or prepare the data?
The data was prepared by focusing on a single product (OracleVax) and any missing values were removed to ensure reporting on symptoms were appropriate.
An AI Agent was configured to access the Life Science dataset, and instructions provided to the agent on how it should operate and understand the semantics of the data, which was then tested through the UI.
3. Who is the intended audience for your visualization?
GP Practice / Medical professionals can use this to provide data-driven symptoms a patient should expect to receive, based on historical profile and demographic data.
4. What is your visualization about, and what question or problem does it address?
The visualization focuses on providing a summary of expected symptoms patients can expect to receive after administration of a vaccine. This is broken down into:
- Key Reported Symptoms
- By Age
- By Gender
The configured AI Agent "SymptoScope" is attached to the workbook, allowing GPs to explore further symptoms based on the patient they are speaking with.
- GPs can ask natural-language questions
- The agent summarises symptom expectations clearly and concisely
- It adapts responses based on:
- Patient age
- Gender
- Batch
- Location
This reduces the need for manual filtering and accelerates insight retrieval during consultations.
It is intended to give clear, up-to-date data on expected symptoms likely to be experienced, helping reduce patient anxiety's and be better informed about possible side effects.
By knowing what to expect, it is hoped that this may reduce adverse outcome risk through proactive review
