PROD Security Configuration not published

Question

HI,

We are facing security issue in PROD FDI instance. After our analysis, we found that Security Configurations published showing No in the Semantic Model extensions page.

It showing state as 'New' and we checked no activities are in Progress. Now we are struck to publish the security configuration as its greyed out in PROD

Could anybody faced kind of this problem. Kindly suggest.

Thanks for your reply! We have created SR and Devops team force published the Sandbox. After that it started working.

RCA is yet to identify.
