My Visualization serves as a strategic diagnostic for leadership to identify operational friction; it isolates value drags within our sales portfolio to pinpoint exactly where unoptimized fulfillment and discounts are eroding margins, providing a roadmap to pivot from raw growth to high-yield profitability.
