Superstore Profitability Dashboard
1. Which dataset did you use?
Superstore Dataset provided by Oracle
2. How did you analyze or prepare the data?
First, I explored the dataset to understand the available dimensions and measures such as sales, profit, quantity, discounts, and shipping/order dates. Based on this analysis, I identified the most relevant business KPIs, including Sales, Profit, and Quantity. Additionally, I created several derived metrics from the existing data to provide more analytical value, such as Profit Margin [%], Number of Products, Time to Shipment. These KPIs allow both high-level business monitoring and deeper operational analysis.
3. Who is the intended audience for your visualization?
The dashboard is designed to address different audiences depending on which part of the dashboard is being analyzed. The top section of the dashboard is primarily intended for C-level management, who require a quick and clear overview of overall business performance. However, the dashboard is structured in a way that also supports Product/Sales Managers. While the top section focuses on high-level KPIs, the lower sections allow deeper analysis of regions, product categories, and individual product performance. This layered structure enables both strategic overview and operational deep dives within the same dashboard.
4. What is your visualization about, and what question or problem does it address?
The visualization is designed as a comprehensive business performance dashboard that enables users to quickly evaluate the overall performance of the company and identify areas that require attention.
The dashboard answers questions such as:
- How is the company performing in terms of revenue, profit, and profitability?
- Which regions, states, and cities generate the highest revenue and profit?
- Which product segments and categories perform best?
- Which products contribute most to revenue and profit?
By combining high-level KPIs with more detailed breakdowns, the dashboard enables users to move from an executive overview to detailed product-level analysis, supporting better and faster decision-making.
5. Did you use any Oracle Analytics AI features when building your visualization (ex. AI Assistant)?
No, Oracle Analytics AI features were not used during the development of this visualization
6. Did you upload your visualization image and dva file?
Yes, both are uploaded

The image a bit small and a little difficult to see the details of what you are presenting. From what I can make out it looks good and you used a good color scheme.
