The new capabilities and updated stack in OAS 2026 look like a solid step forward for both users and administrators.

Thanks Steve, great article by Alan Lee.

My Windows machine has OAS 2025 installed, but I want to upgrade to OAS 2026.

Do you know the best way to do this?

Should I upgrade from OAS 2025 to OAS 2026 or install OAS 2026 from scratch?

    Thanks in advance.

    Noé A.

You have the option of an in-place upgrade or an out-of-place migration (new install, move metadata). Both options are documented in Migrating and Upgrading to Oracle Analytics Server
