The Last Modified Date on OTBI Dashboards does not update when changes are made. This is an audit issue and is not user friendly in the sense that significant changes can be made to a Dashboard but no way to prove when it happened.
Other OTBI object types, such as Prompts or Analysis, update the Last Modified date immediately upon saving.
