1. Which dataset did you use?

I created a synthetic financial dataset for the City of Espoo representing details about their projects, key services and finances.

2. How did you analyze or prepare the data?

The dataset was prepared using a python script. Start and end values for each metric were added in the script. The script provided different output datasets for each section.

To analyse the data, I used

• Bar visuals for comparison

It is intended to be used by

4. What is your visualization about, and what question or problem does it address?

This dashboard provides key financial KPI's including budget details, project portfolio, key services, profit centre objectives as well as work satisfaction survey on monthly and quarterly basis. The dashboard can be used to provide deep down details on all the sections for each sector, profit centre and service area.

5. Did you use any Oracle Analytics AI features when building your visualization (ex. AI Assistant)? If so, please describe how they were used

Yes, I asked few questions about project portfolio to the AI Assistant and AI Agent. Use the below document and attach it to the AI Agent.
